Job Description Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers needs Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments. Requirements Requirements Conversational level of English language skill Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) Experienced in IT or Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related field for at least 1 year Having experience dealing directly with the customers Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
